Who we are
Reign Property Maintenance Group Ltd (“Reign”, “we”) is the data controller for information you send through this website. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
When you use our enquiry form we collect what you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email, property address and postcode, the type of work, a description, and how you'd prefer us to contact you.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and arrange and carry out the work (legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract).
- To keep job records, including before & after photos of work we carry out, and to meet our accounting and legal obligations (legitimate interests and legal obligation).
We never sell your details or use them for marketing without your permission.
Where it's stored
Enquiries are stored securely in our job management system, which runs on Google Firebase (Google Cloud), with data held in the UK/EU where available. Only authorised Reign office staff can see enquiries. If your enquiry becomes a job, the relevant details are shared with the member of our team carrying out the work, and – if you are a tenant – with your landlord, letting agent or housing provider where they instructed the work.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Job and invoice records are kept for 6 years for tax and legal purposes.
Cookies & tracking
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. When you send the enquiry form, the connection to our job system uses a temporary, in-memory sign-in that is discarded straight away – nothing is saved on your device.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
